International Duties & Customs Fees
Duties and taxes are currently calculated and collected at checkout for orders shipped to the United States only. All international orders shipped outside of Australia, excluding the United States, are now sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon arrival in their country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing your order.

Australia Post works with local postal services in destination countries to complete international deliveries. Once your order arrives in your country, you can often access more detailed tracking updates through your local postal service. Australia Post
Customer tip: We recommend checking your tracking number directly on your country's postal service website for the most up-to-date delivery information. All orders are sent with Signature Required, meaning if you are not there to sign for your delivery you will need to reschedule your delivery through your local postal service.
